Sison, Dyer to wed

Mike and Beth M. Sison of Sandiego, Calif. and Beth R. Sison of Brisbane, Australia announce the engagement of their daughter, Patricia Anne Sison, to David Grady Dyer, son of Buddy and Alice Shull of Hartselle and the late David L. Dyer.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Teodoro and Pacita Sison of Marikina, Philippines and Dolores Sayson of Brisbane, Australia.

She is a 1999 graduate of MacGregor State High in Australia and received her diplomas in Hospitality and Tourism, in Events and marketing management in 2001. She is currently relocating to the United States from Australia.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mrs. Martha Dyer of Hartselle and the late David Grady Dyer of Hartselle and Vivian Hopper and the late Harris Hopper of Hartselle and the late Barbara DeAngelis of Calico Rock, Ark.

He is a 2004 honor graduate of AP Brewer High School. He entered the Navy in Aug. 2004 and was a nuclear power specialist. He is currently employed by Schlumberger International in Corning, N.Y.

The wedding will be Feb. 20 at Stone Bridge Farm in Cullman with a dinner and reception to follow.
