Billy Walter Foster

Funeral for Billy Walter Foster, 70, of Hartselle was Sun., Dec. 23, at 2:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rusty Hodges and the Rev. Brian Bridges officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Bethel Cemetery.

Mr. Foster died on Fri., Dec. 21, 2012, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born Sept. 1, 1942, in Morgan County to Mike Foster and Mary (Griffith) Foster. Mr. Foster was a self-employed carpenter before his retirement. He was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Foster, his parents, and a daughter, Ellen Foster Glenn.

He is survived by a son, Noel Foster and wife April of Decatur; two sisters, Betty Clemons and Susie Gilbert and husband Donnie, all of Hartselle; three grandchildren, Blake Glenn, Hannah Glenn and Hunter Foster.
