Tommie R. Moore

Funeral for Tommie R. Moore, 80, of Eva was Sun., Dec. 23, at 2 p.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Harold Fanning officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Bethel United Methodist Cemetery.

Mr. Moore died on Thur., Dec. 20, 2012, at his residence. He was born Aug. 3, 1932, in Morgan County to John Marion Moore and Emma Lonie (Buckelew) Moore. Mr. Moore was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was self employed as a Timber Cutter and Logger. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Hazel Susan (Humphries) Moore of Eva; two daughters, Mary Frances Moore Garcia and husband Edward of Craig, Colo., and Loisann Moore Reeves and husband Michael of Eva; two sisters, Flossie McMurry of Hartselle and Theo Vincent of Eva; three grandchildren, Desiree Allen, Cory Reeves and Drew Reeves; and two great-grandchildren, John Curtis Allen and Emily Anne Reeves.
