Police investigates four church break-ins
Police are investigating break-ins and thefts that occurred between Sun., Nov. 11, and Wed., Nov. 14, at four Hartselle churches.
A drum set was reported stolen from United Pentecostal Church at 1004 Eubanks St.
on Nov. 13. The next day, a laptop computer was discovered missing from Westview Church of Christ.
An undetermined amount of money was taken from Faith Chapel Praise Center at West Main and Cherry streets.
A filing cabinet was damaged when it was forced open at First Church of God at 1114 West Main Street.
HPD Investigator Lt. Justin Barley said forced entry occurred at four churches.
The break-ins remain under investigation.
