Buttram, Wallace wed Aug. 10

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Garry Buttram of Hillsboro. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Wallace of Hartselle.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a formal, strapless gown of silk and stain with a slightly dropped waistline that was set apart by a tiny corded edge that echoed the corded edge of the strapless neckline. Covered buttons graced the back of the gown, extending to the chapel-length train. A diola tiara of seed pearls and Swarovski crystals held her fingertip tulle veil.

Savannah Wallace of Hartselle and Gabrielle West of Decatur were flower girls.
The groom's father was best man. Groomsmen were Matt Blackmon of Decatur, Marty Garnett of Hartselle and Shane Hopkins of Birmingham. Andrew Engle of Decatur and Lucas Heslin of Birmingham were ring bearers.
Candlelighters were Kody Buttram and Kolby Buttram, both of Hillsboro, the bride's brothers. Music was provided by Van Curtis on piano, Marlene Brown on flute, Steven Todd Miller on harp and Jackie Hawkins was soloist. Following the wedding, a reception was given at the church's family life center. Barbara Carroll was director, with assistance from Kimberly Allen, Jill Berryman, Allison Delasahw, Ashley McCulloch, Betsy McCulloch, Whitney McCulloch, Kesha Stevenson and Kristy Suggs.
