Funeral for Leon Dudley, 68, of Somerville was Friday, Aug. 8, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ray Milligan officiating.
Burial was in Shiloh Cemetery.
Mr. Dudley died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, at his residence. He was born Aug. 6, 1939, in Morgan County to Wilburn Lee Dudley and Maudie Dudley. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Daisy Randolph.
He is survived by his wife, Dalta Dudley of Somerville; two sons, Donald Dudley and wife Becky of Somerville and Terry Dudley and wife Danna of Hatton; two daughters, Anita Winsett and husband Ted of Somerville and Tammy Beason and husband Shane of Trinity; his mother, Maudie Dudley of Cotaco; two brothers, Gene Dudley and Benny Dudley, both of Cotaco; three sisters, Juanita Goodner and Jenny Brown, both of Hartselle and Sandy Roland of Huntsville; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Matthew Dudley, Dustin Earls, Shawn Dudley, Gene Dudley, Cody Dudley, Johnny Brown and Robby Glassco.
