Margery “Margie” Henderson

A graveside service for Margery “Margie” Henderson, 79, of Huntsville was on Sun., Aug. 26, at 2 p.m. at Center Springs Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Ralph Snowden officiating and Peck Funeral Home Directing.

Mrs. Henderson died Fri., Aug. 24, at Whitesburg Garden in Huntsville, where she lived the last three years. She was born Dec. 12, 1932, to Roy and Selma Fellers of Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 41 years, Hammon Henderson; a son, Jerome Henderson; and a grandson, Todd McSpadden.

She is survived by a daughter, Rose Chunn and husband Jimmie; her son, Greg Henderson and wife Connie; a brother Arthur Fellers and wife Betty of Wisconsin; her sister Elain Fellers of Enterprise; and four grandchildren.

The family would like to send a special thanks to the staff of Whitesburg Gardens and Hospice of North Alabama in Huntsville. In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
