A memorial service for Susan Sutterer Davis, 61, of Hartselle will be Thurs., Aug. 23, at 6 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Emma White officiating.

Mrs. Davis died Mon., Aug. 20, 2012, at her residence. She was born May 21, 1951, in Chicago, Ill., to Horace E. Sutterer and Myrtle S. Fuller Sutterer. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Henry Vann Sutterer and Horace T. Sutterer; and a grandson, Benji Davis.

She is survived by a son, Christopher H. Davis of Hartselle; two daughters, Stephanie Dutton and husband Shane and Sara C. Davis, both of Hartselle; a brother, Horace C. Sutterer and wife Carol of Katie, Tex.; five grandchildren, Tyler Powell, Shiloh Powell, Brooklin Powell, Jacob Dutton and Jennifer Davis.
