Funeral for Beatrice “Bea” Pruitt, 57, of Falkville will be Sat., Aug. 4, at 3 p.m. at Victory Fellowship in Falkville with Pastor Ernie Ball, Bro. David Carroll, Pastor Glenn Norris officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Falkville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Sat., Aug. 4, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the church.

Ms. Pruitt died on Sat., July 28, 2012, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born Feb. 13, 1955, in Jackson, Ohio, to Ellis P. Ison and Della Mae Pennington Ison. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Joanna Bishop and Gloria Jean Ison; and a brother, Ellis Ison, Jr.

She is survived by a son, Robert “R.D.” Ohsner and wife Megan of Hartselle; three daughters, Brenda Pate and husband Michael of Falkville, Robin Barbee and husband Allen of Falkville and Patty Zink of West Virginia; three brothers, Robert Ison of Haleyville, Frank Ison of Washington Court House, Ohio, and Darryl “Deanie” Ison of Ohio; five sisters, Joyce E. Allbright of Sabine, Ohio, Christine Ison of Cynthiana, Ky., Martha Lewis of Bloomburg, Ohio, Glenda “Sue” Riddle of Haleyville and Angela Ison of Sandy Hook, Ky.; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
