Lady Tigers down East Limestone and Grissom

The Hartselle Lady Tigers picked up  wins over East Limestone and Grissom during a summer league tournament last week.

Hartselle jumped on East Limestone early as back to back three point plays from Kalli Cartee and Moriah Taylor gave the Tigers a 14-10 lead. Taylor added five more points in the half and Allie Mayfield added six as Hartselle took a 27-21 halftime lead.

The Lady Tigers kept it up in the second half. A 23-7 run to close the game helped them take the win 59-37.

Hartselle picked up the win over Grissom as well. Allie Mayfield was the star of the game as she knocked in multiple three point shots.
