No Fences Cowboy Church hosts coat drive

By Lauren Thornton Tobin|Hartselle Enquirer

No Fences Cowboy Church, 174 West Pike Road in Falkville, is hosting a coat drive from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 8.

This is the second year that the church is accepting new and gently used winter clothing, coats, gloves and hats for children and adults.

Collection begins on Oct. 23 and goes until the day of the drive.

The church’s Care Team is over the event, said leader Charles Burrow.

“We’ve had a lot of people come in and they’re just so thrilled to get (coats) and it thrills us to give them away,” he said. “We do a lot of things but the main thing is caring for people.”

Burrows said the church is located on Highway 55 behind the post office.
