Sheriff Ana Franklin reports that late Wed. evening, March, The Morgan County Drug Task Force arrested Cody Allen Pump, white male, 28 years of age, of Hartselle, for 3 counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance- Heroin. Agents obtained the Distribution warrants over the past several months while investigating Pump for distributing Heroin and prescription pills. During the execution of the warrants at Pumps residence in Hartselle Agents also found a small amount of Heroin. Pump was booked into the Morgan County Jail with a $17,500.00 bond.
