Ann Frerichs

Funeral for Ann Frerichs, 61, of Falkville will be Sat., Aug. 1, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Clyde Ledlow officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Childers Cemetery.

Visitation will be Fri., July 31, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. Frerichs died Wed., July 29, 2015, at her residence. She was born April 12, 1954, in Georgia to Elmer John Frerichs and Arleta Hyacinth Hicks Frerichs. She grew up on a farm near Eva and attended Eva High School. Ann attended college to be a registered nurse because she wanted to help others and was in the nursing field for more than 30 years. Ann was an angel on earth that spent her life helping others and putting herself last. She will be greatly missed by all those that crossed her path. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her partner, Nova Ward of Eva; a brother, John Frerichs (Sharon) of Gurley; many step-nieces and nephews; and other family members that loved her dearly.

Pallbearers will be Michael Robinson, Shiloh Harper, Adam McNutt, Daniel Robinson, Billy Mills and Joseph Suggs.
