Two arrested on drug charges in Motel 6

A man and woman were arrested in Decatur on Tues., May 19, on drug charges.

Bobby Terrell Nicholas, 25, and Destiny Orr, 24, were arrested in Motel 6 Room 125 after three felony distribution warrants were put out for Nicholas. He had been selling

synthetic marijuana, also known as spice. When the Morgan County Drug Task Force Agents arrived at the room, they encountered his girlfriend, Orr, and found drug paraphernalia including marijuana, digital scales and other items.

Nicholas was arrested on a $15,600 bond for multiple charges including three outstanding distribution warrants, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Orr was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and her bond was set at $300.
