HHS graduation to be held inside

The Hartselle High School graduation committee decided this morning to move tonight’s commencement ceremony inside due to the possibility of rain.

The 7 p.m. ceremony will be held in the HHS gymnasium. Each senior will be given eight tickets for guests, but additional visitors can watch a live stream of the ceremony in the HHS auditorium or online at http://www.nfhsnetwork.com/schools/hartselle-high-school-hartselle-al. Seniors have been asked to park at Hartselle Junior High School at 5 p.m. and will be shuttled to the high school. Guests are instructed to park at the high school but have been asked to carpool if possible due to limited parking spaces.

A senior picnic will be held at 11:30 a.m. at the school’s athletic facility, and a mandatory graduation practice will follow at 1 p.m. in the school’s gym.
