April Lane of Falkville recently served as a page for the Mississippi Senate. Pages generally run errands for officials and Senate staff. Lane is pictured with Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves, R-Mississippi. She is the daughter of David and Angie Lane and attends home school. When asked about the week, Lane said, “I am grateful for the opportunity to page for the Mississippi Senate. This experience has been fun, insightful, and inspiring for me.” Lane’s visit was sponsored by Sen. Melanie Sojourner, who is not pictured.
