Worrying can do more harm than good

Ever met someone that worried all the time or carried the name “worry wart”?  In Matthew 6, Jesus shows seven reasons not to worry:

Verse 25: The same God who created us can be trusted with our lives; verse 26: worrying about tomorrow can effect what we do today; verse 27: when it comes to worry we do more harm than good; verse 28-30: God knows that we depend on Him so He will never leave or forsake us; verse 31-32: worry shows our lack of faith; verse 33: God has things he wants us to accomplish and when we worry we lose focus on our challenges; verse 34: we must live one day at a time so that we won’t be over taken with worry. How are you dealing with worry? Just remember worry ends where faith begins. God promises to supply.
