God will help you resist snares

Can you resist temptation? This is something that happens to anyone.

In 1 Corinthians 10:13, we find “there hath no temptation taken you but such is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also may a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”

God will help you resist temptation by helping you:

1) Look at the people and situations that will lead you in the wrong direction.

2) When something is wrong run.

3) Purpose in your heart to only do what’s right.

4) Pray for God’s help. Ask him to help you travel in the way you need to go.

5) Ask fellow Christians for help when you’re tempted. Surround yourself with people who will be encouraging.
