Geraldine Naylor Key

A graveside service for Geraldine Naylor Key, 83, of Falkville will be Sat., Aug. 23, at 2 p.m. at Johnson Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Wendell Callahan officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sat., Aug. 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Key died Thurs., August 21, 2014, at Falkville Health Care Center. She was born Feb. 9, 1931, in Lawrence County to Mile Jack Naylor and Nellie Ledlow Naylor. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Key; her parents; a daughter, Lisa Ann Key; a son, Steven Key; four brothers, Clellie, Rupert, Weldon, and Garland Naylor; and four sisters, Lillian, Vivian, Daisy and Edith Naylor.

She is survived by two daughters, Rosemary Dobbins (Patrick) of Hartselle and Deborah Dunn (Randy) of Trinity; five brothers, Irvin Naylor (Virginia) of Moulton, Roger Naylor (Elizabeth), Hartselle, Wendell Naylor (Judy), Marshall Naylor (Dorthy) and Carl Hoyt Naylor (Rosenell), all of Moulton; two sisters, Mary Spillers (Alfred) and Margaret Jackson (Billy), both of Moulton; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Family wishes to say a special thank you to the Falkville Nursing Home 2nd floor staff.
