Treat one another with love

Ever ran across difficult people and think life would be so much easier if you didn’t have to deal with them? In Ephesians, 4:2 we find we are to treat all with lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love. We have to remember that no one on this earth is perfect including ourselves. When someone annoys us, we should be patient and gentle with them.

Suppose God told us how difficult we were and He decided He was tired of dealing with us each and everyday. How do you think that would go over? Not well. First, we need to stop dwelling on that person’s weakness, their faults and sometimes how they get on our last nerve and focus on how we can be a help to them. Pray for them and next spend some time with them and then you may discover that they’re not so different after all.
