Funeral for Marion Brown, 75, of Wrens, Ga., formerly of Danville, will be Sat., July 26, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Fri., July 25, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brown died Tues., July 22, 2014, at University Hospital in Augusta, Ga. She was born Nov. 23, 1938, in Cullman County to Dolphus Swan and Myrtle Reno Swan. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Jolly; and her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Brown of Georgia; two brothers, Edgar Swan of Cullman and Sherrill Swan of McMinnville, Tenn.; a sister, Lola Wilson of Massey; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Larry Brown, Bobby Brown, Jimbo Brown, Richard Waddell, Shane Bendall and Mike Flowers.
