Odis Campbell

Funeral for Odis Campbell, 76, of Lacey’s Spring will be Fri., April 18, at 2 p.m. at Valhermoso Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Craye Hall officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Valhermoso Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be Fri., April 18, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Campbell died on Tues., April 15, 2014, at his residence. He was born Aug. 25, 1937, in Blount County to Odell Campbell and Mildred Vaughn Campbell. He was the owner of Campbell’s Salvage Yard. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Sharp Campbell, and two sons, Tommy Campbell and Thomas “Bo” Campbell.

He is survived by three sons, Richard Campbell of Lacey’s Spring, Raymond Campbell of Guntersville and Roger Campbell of Lacey’s Spring; two daughters, Donna Krueger of New Market and Peggy Douell of Toney; three brothers, Dwight Campbell, Glenn Campbell and Limb Moore; three sisters, Helen Wells, Dale Beam and Danny Faye Moore.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
