Funeral for Jacob Wayne Holladay, 11, of Hartselle will be Wednesday March 19, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in New Center Cemetery.

Jacob died Sat., March 15, 2014, at Children’s Hospital. He was born Oct. 1, 2002, in Jefferson County to Joe Holladay and Sellevera Louise Barber. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James “Pops” Barber.

He is survived by his father, Joe Holladay; his mother, Louise Barber; his grandfather, Robert Holladay; his grandmothers, June Terry and Sue Puckett; and a host of cousins

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
