Sparkman School needs help with gardening class

Do you find yourself facing a dilemma or challenge?

Perhaps you feel there is no solution.

Always remember you have one thing – God’s promise – that will work, and it’s all you need. The Lord tells us in Jeremiah 32:27, “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me? With God, all things are possible.”

Christian love and sympathy is extended to Paul and Melissa Knighten in the loss of Paul’s aunt, Betty Knighten, the family and friends of Jerry Randolph and Ernest Mitchell, Fred and Evelyn Motes in the loss of Fred’s brother-in-law, John W. Buck” Johnson, Lois Livingston, Keith, Tony and Craig Livingston and families and Carl Livingston in the loss of their husband, dad, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, Carrell Livingston, Karrie Shea, James Shea, Donna Robertson and Jacob Robertson in the loss of their dad, Jim Shea, and to the family and friends of Tommy Murphy.

Coach Bob Bretchel of Sparkman School needs your help to show students how to plant a garden in April. He needs help with planting corn, watermelons, potatoes and squash. Gum Springs Baptist Church will be sending some folks to help from the community. Plans are to plant April 10, 11 and 17. If you are interested, you can give Bretchel a call at 256-531-3011 so he will know how many adults will be coming to help him,
