Let God show you the way

Webster’s Dictionary defines content as being 1) satisfied with what one is or has not wanting more or anything else. Psalm 23:2 tells us when we allow God to guide us we have contentment. When we allow sin in our lives we want to go our own way. In verse two God knows the green pastures and still waters that will restore us. We can only reach these places by following and obeying Him. God knows what is in our best interest so we must remember this the next time we choose to go our own way.

Christian love and sympathy is extended to the friends and family of baby Andrew (Andy) James McNutt. Remember his parents, Blake and Amanda McNutt and sister, Grace McNutt.

Happy birthday wishes go out this week to Ben Patterson, Carrie Allen, Cynthia Fichter and Madison Walker on Jan. 22, Chris Wilson and Alfred Palmer Sr. on Jan. 23, Sarah H.
