James Paul Dunaway

Funeral for James Paul Dunaway, age 70, of Somerville will be Tues., Dec. 10, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ralph Henderson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Mon. Dec. 10, at the funeral home.

Mr. Dunaway died Sat., Dec. 7, 2013 at Decatur Morgan Hospital He was born April 2, 1943, in Somerville to James Oden Dunaway and Maudie May Scott Dunaway. He was retired from 3-M Company after 34 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Roy Dunaway.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Glenda Dunaway, a son, Jason Dunaway and wife Trisha of Decatur; a daughter, Misty Dunaway Latham and husband Rob of Roswell, Ga.; a brother, Ted Dunaway and wife Nealia of Somerville; and seven grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Dunaway, Bobby Scott, Cecil Taylor, Joe Ivey, Anthony Maples and Brandon Maples.
