Hartselle Junior High School is getting into the Halloween spirit by offering a fall festival and trunk-or-treat on Thur., Oct. 31.

The event will be held on campus from 4 to 7 p.m.

Local businesses are invited to support the free event by setting up a candy tent or ‘trunk. To reserve a spot, you can call 256-773-5426.

The school is also hosting a Swamp John’s fundraiser in conjunction with the event. A choice of catfish, shrimp, chicken tenders or a combination dinner will be available for $10 per dinner.

In addition, football fans are invited to attend the last home game of the junior high Tigers. They will be playing Austin’s Black Bears Thur., Oct. 17 at home.
