Ferguson, Thomason to wed August 10

Mr. and Mrs. Randy Ferguson of Arab announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Elizabeth Ferguson, to William Randall Thomason, son of Evelyn Thomason and the late Tony Thomason of Danville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Janis Martin and the late Mitchell Martin of Albertville, Chuck and Kay Smothers of Foley and Lamon and Charlotte Ferguson of Albertville.  She is also the great-granddaughter of Mozel Pendley of Albertville.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Scotty and Martha Lovelady of Hartselle, Bobby-Jean Hopson of Hartselle and the late Eddie Thomason of Falkville.

The prospective bride graduated from the University of North Alabama with a bachelor of science degree in English and a minor in public communications.  She is employed at Appraisal Services of North Alabama in Huntsville.

The prospective groom received a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of North Alabama with a degree in accounting. He is employed at CDPA, PC accounting firm in Athens.

The wedding will be held Aug. 10, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Guntersville Church of Christ in Guntersville. The couple will reside in Athens.
