Funeral for Wesley Garrison, age 71 of Hartselle will be Mon. June 3, at 11 a.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home with the Rev. R. C. Borden officiating.

Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Garrison died Fri., May 31, 2013, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born June 11, 1941, in Morgan County to Irvin Garrison and Hattie Mae Smallwood Garrison. He was a member of Summitt Baptist Church and Shady Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Garrison was a man of God, loved to fish, and a family man that loved his wife, children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Hattie Mae Garrison; and a brother, Bobby Joe Garrison.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Leigh Garrison; three children, John Wesley Garrison and wife Amey, Mark Allan Garrison and wife Mary and Amanda Garrison; three brothers, Charles Garrison and wife Shirley, John Garrison and wife Gloria and Larry Garrison and wife Linda; a sister, Jewelle Fay Yeager and husband Gerald; seven grandchildren, Jamie Elizabeth and husband Brennan Jones, Andrew Parker Garrison, Savannah Leigh Kirkpatrick, Hannah Daniel Kirkpatrick, Evelyn Mackenzie Kirkpatrick, Brooklyn Cheyenne Garrison and Christopher Mark Wesley Garrison. Pallbearers will be John Lee Garrison, Bobby James Garrison, Michael Lee Serda, Daniel Lee Kirkpatrick, Brandon Adams and Johnathan Woodard.
