Danville Neel School to host Danville Valentine Dance

The Staff at the Danville-Neel Elementary School will be hosting a Valentine dance on Valentine’s Day for the third and fourth grade and the parents are welcome to attend the dance with their child. The dance will be from 12:30-2:30 p.m. A photographer and a DJ will also be there for the activities. Tickets for the dance will be $2 each with the proceeds going to the school.

Special belated happy birthday wishes go out this week to Danville-Neel School staff member, Debbie Burt, who celebrated her birthday on Feb. 3. Happy birthday wishes also go out this week to Danville-Neel School staff member, Marianne Hall, who will celebrate her birthday on Fri. Feb. 15.

The members of Falkville United Methodist Church enjoyed hosting their ‘Souper Bowl’ fellowship lunch on Sun. Feb.3, after the morning worship service. Those attending enjoyed the soups, stews, chili, breads, salads and desserts at the luncheon.

Special belated happy wedding anniversary wishes go out this week to Jimmie and Mildred Lake for their 47th wedding anniversary on Feb/ 4, Dale and Hannah Burch for their second wedding anniversary on Feb. 5, Macky and Evon Vest for their 43rd wedding anniversary on Feb. 6 and Virgil and Jane Vest for their 42nd wedding anniversary on Feb. 6.

Happy wedding anniversary wishes go out this week to Harvey and Pat McCleskey for their 17th wedding anniversary on Feb. 14.

I would like for all of our Hartselle Enquirer readers to know that Miss Festus was adopted on Sat. She is very happy and loved by her new owner.

Special congratulations go out this week to David and Ruth Sparkman on the birth of their ‘newest’ great-grandson, Mason Ryan Byrd. Mason was born on Jan. 14 of 2013 and his proud parents are Tyler and Ashley Byrd. Mason weighed seven pounds, three ounces and his really proud grandparents are Vickie Livingston and Robert Byrd.
