Summerford to wed Dempsey

Jerry and Sherry Summerford of Eva announce the engagement of their daughter, Leigha Paige Summerford, to Jamie Alan Dempsey, son of Jesse and Lisa Dempsey of Somerville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ernest and Brenda Salyer of Grant and Jerry and Dot Summerford of Madison. She is a 2011 graduate of Brewer High School and is attending Wallace State majoring in physical therapy. She attends Harmony Primitive Baptist Church in Eva and works for Dr. Puri in Madison.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Patricia Freeman. He is a 2011 Brewer High School graduate and attends Harmony Primitive Baptist Church and works full time in Falkville for Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation.

The wedding will be March 16, at Harmony Primitive Baptist Church in Eva.
