Beef Pot Roast

potatoes
carrots
onions
Lawry’s Salt and Pepper
Rub roast with Lawry’s Salt and Pepper, place in crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours. Then place cut up vegetables on top of roast and cook for another two hours. Shred roast and place back in crock pot. Serve warm.
