Celebrate your blessings

Thur., Nov. 22, we will celebrate Thanksgiving, a holiday that we can spend with family and friends. This is also a day when we can celebrate just how truly blessed we are. Take this time to remember and share your blessings.

Congratulations to Leah Halbrooks, the first place winner of the First Annual Chili Cook-off at New Center Baptist Church. As the winner, Leah received bragging rights and a $50 mission or trip voucher for any New Center trip.

In honor of his 80th birthday, Fred Motes was treated to lunch at Cici’s Pizza on Monday and McCollum’s Catfish Restaurant.
