Bethel Baptist School’s varsity basketball team (3-1) bounced back from its first loss of the season to win in convincing fashion over Mt. View Christian 61-29.

Bethel was led in scoring by Tyler Lawrence with 18 followed by Isaac Bunner with 14, Clint Chisgar with 12, Mitchell Gamble with 12, Andrew Dodd with four and Cole Schmidt with one. Mt. View was led in scoring by Marcus Mcghee with 12.

Bethel’s JV team (0-5) was defeated by Mt. View Christian Friday night with a score of 29-21.

Bethel was led in scoring by Sam Murphy with 10 followed by Mac Murphy with nine and Caleb Lawrence with two. Mt. View was led in scoring by Daniel Rothe with 13.
