Funeral for Chrissy Underwood, 39, of Falkville will be Wed., Nov. 7, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Jake L. Cope officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford, Ohio. Visitation will be Wed., Nov. 7, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. Underwood died Sat., Nov. 3, 2012, at her residence. She was born May 27, 1973, in Morgan County to Lawrence Wetzel Underwood and Patricia F. Cope. She was a Baptist in faith.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Jordan; two sons; Tommy Goins and girlfriend, Heather, and Michael Jordan; three daughters. Sarah Marie Underwood, Elizabeth Nichole Jordan and Crystal Jordan; her father, Lawrence Underwood; mother and stepfather, Patricia F. and Jake L. Cope; four brothers, Robbie Underwood, Steven Cope, David Cope and Scott Underwood; her grandmother, Norma Underwood; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
