Funeral service for Angela Louise Creech, 49, of Falkville will be Tue., May 29, at 2 p.m. at Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Bob McMillian officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be Tue., May 29, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Church.

Ms. Creech died on Fri., May 25, 2012, at Parkway Medical Center. She was born Sept. 13, 1962, in California to Marvin Lewis Smith and Frances Norma Gail Hale Smith. She was a nurse’s assistant at Parkway Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Lewis Smith.

She is survived by a son, Christopher Lee Creech Jr. of Falkville; a daughter, Ashley Renee Creech of Somerville; her mother, Gail Smith; a brother, Marvin Lewis Smith Jr. of Hartselle; and a sister, Frances Fox of Ketchikan, Alaska.
