Council work session agenda for March 12

Hartselle’s City Council will have a work session March 12 at 7 p.m. Items on the agenda include:

  1. Ordinance 1365 –Amendment to zoning ordinance pertaining to certain sections relating to site plan requirements
  2. Ordinance 1366 – Amendment to zoning ordinance pertaining to signage requirements
  3. Ordinance 1369 – Annexation – Breeding Private Drive (Gillette)
  4. Ordinance 1370 – Zoning – Breeding Private Drive
  5. Ordinance 1371 – Annexation – Hwy. 36 West (Abercrombie)
  6. Ordinance 1372 – Zoning – Hwy. 36 West (Abercrombie)
  7. Ordinance 1373 – Amendment to zoning ordinance pertaining to accessory structures
  8. Ordinance 1374 – Rezoning – SE corner of Sycamore and College Street from R-4 to B-1
  9. Resolution 12-0313 – Authorize Mayor to sign ALDOT Utility and Construction Agreement for Hwy. 36 East Widening Project
  10. Resolution 12-0313A – Request to ALDOT for Right In-Right Out Intersection Design at Hwy 36 and Roan Road
  11. Resolution 12-0313B- Authorize Mayor to terminate MPO Agreement with NARCOG
  12. Resolution 12-0313C – Authorize Mayor to sign agreement for Decatur to host MPO
  13. Accept/Reject Proposals for purchase of recycling materials from City
