Funeral for Imogene Orr, 80, of Falkville was Tue., April 13, at 10 a.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Walter Blackmon officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Orr died Sat., April 10, 2010, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was born April 10, 1930, in Tennessee to Grady Jester and Millie White Jester. She was a member of East Highland Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir.
She was saved at the age of 16. She is also an Eastern Star worthy matron.
She is survived by two sons, James R. Nesmith and wife Kelley of Toledo, Ohio and Charles R. Nesmith and wife Barbara of Shelton, Wash.; a daughter, Ann Dent and husband Welborn of Hartselle; two sisters, Estelle Moore of Green-field, Ind. and Peggy Souders and husband Chuck of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
