Chad Lane Powell

Funeral for Chad Lane Powell, 34, of Falkville, will be Friday, March 28, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Bill Partridge and Dennis Shaddix officiating.
Burial will be in Powell’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday (today), March 27, at Peck Funeral Home Chapel from 6 until 8 p.m.
Mr. Powell died Monday, March 24, 2008, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his father Gary Lane Powell and his mother, Deborah Lynn Ramey.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Powell of Falkville; two daughters, Chadra Summer Powell and Savannah Lane Powell, both of Falkville; two brothers, Nathan Powell of Opelika and Hunter Chidester of Vinemont; two sisters, Nilah Smith and husband Steve of Huntsville and Chasity Kimbril and husband Reggie of Vinemont; his stepfather, Richard Chidester of Vinemont; grandmother, Cora Powell of Falkville and Ann Sullins and husband C.J. of Cullman; and a host of aunts and uncles. Pallbearers will be Brad Smith, Brandon Blair, Allen Powell, Marvin Bray, Reggie Kimbril and Shane Wright.
