Danville 11/12 youth football wins 2nd straight Morgan County title

The Danville 11/12-year-old football team successfully defended its county title by defeating the West Morgan Rebels 14-0 Oct. 31.
Caleb T. Hill was named the MVP for the Hawks, finishing the game 5-of-8 passing for 159 yards and two touchdowns.
Austin Wiley had one catch for 82 yards and a touchdown, Garrett Tucker finished with two catches for 38 yards and a touchdown and Trey Jones had two catches for 39 yards. Caleb J. Hill led the team in rushing with nine carries for 42 yards. Seth Fagan (6.5 tackles) and Zach Erwin (4.5 tackles) were defensive standouts for Danville. Tyler Jolley and Trey Jones added four tackles each.
The Hawks finished the season with a 9-1 record with their only loss the opening game against West Morgan.
