Connie Ray Lindley
Hartselle A graveside funeral service and interment for Connie Ray Lindley, 82, was held Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Lebanon Baptist Cemetery with Bro. Ralph Henderson officiating. Connie was born on June13, 1942 to Jimmie “Byrd” Lindley and Estelle Tucker Lindley in Alabama. She died Monday, April 7, 2025, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Connie was an elementary school teacher and spent her entire teaching career at Eva, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her aunt, Shirley Tucker. Survivors include three sisters, Carolyn Lindley Gosa (Ed) of Fayette, Ala., Leilani Kay Lindley of Hartselle, Ala. and Sondra Lindley Bryan of Eva, Ala.; nieces, Heather Gosa Whitley (Tom) of Fayette, Ala., Rebecca Bryan Morgan (Paul) of Eva, Ala.; nephew, Josh Bryan (Kathleen) of Scottsboro, Ala.; great nephews, Harrison Whitley and Tucker Whitley of Fayette, Ala.; and trusted and faithful caregiver Angie Dodd (James). Pallbearers were family and friends.
