Robert Eli 'Bobby' Smith

Funeral for Robert Eli "Bobby" Smith Sr., 66, of Falkville was Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. David Hale and Milan Dekich officiating.
Burial was in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Mr. Smith died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005, at his residence. He was born July 14, 1939, in Morgan County to John Howard Smith and Willadean Speakman Smith. He was a member of the Nazarene Church and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Jean Smith.
He is survived by one son, Robert Eli Smith Jr. and wife Lori of Hartselle; three daughters, Bretha Louise Bauer of Decatur, Letha Smith John and husband Sherland of Fort Sill, Okla. and Jeannie Rea Smith Brown and husband Jeff of Falkville; a brother, Johnny O. Smith of Somerville; three sisters, Lois Norwood of Trinity, Brenda Flanagan and Patsy Smith, both of Somerville; seven grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
Pallbearers were Carmen Speakman, Mike Lawrence, Sid Sawyer, Horace Young, Andy Copeland, Nick Brown, Joseph Brown and Roger Smith.
