Moore, Childers to wed April 9
Tim and Connie Moore of Vinemont announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Rose Moore, to Nicholas Dewayne Childers, son of Terry and Rita Childers of Eva.
The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Vinemont High School and attended Wallace State College. She is the granddaughter of Katherine Moore of Vinemont, the late Connie E. Moore, and the late Hubert and Christeen Hill.
The groom-elect is a 1998 graduate of Brewer High School.
He is employed with L&N Electric of Eva. He is the grandson of William and Mozelle Childers of Eva and the late Mitchell and Flocie Hipps of Eva.
The wedding will be held April 9 at Childers Farm.
Barnett, Brown to wed April 16
Loyd Barnett of Decatur and Jo Ann Fortenberry of Falkville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jolene Marie Barnett, to Russell Wayne Brown, son of Charlie and Robbie Brown of Hartselle.
The bride-elect attended Hartselle High School. She is the granddaughter of the late Ollie and Nora Barnett and the late Calvin and Betty Burnett.
The groom-elect attended Hartselle High School. He is the grandson of Clara Dunn, the late Edward and Geneva Hudgins, and the late Arnold and Laura Brown.
The wedding will be held April 16 at Hartselle Wedding Chapel.
