Local students named finalist for Alabama FFA state officer
Two local students have been selected to compete for a state officer position with the Alabama FFA Association.
Hartselle’s Blaine Johnson and Falkville’s Adriana Gonzalez will advance to the Alabama FFA State Convention in June, where they will undergo a rigorous selection process for the leadership role. If chosen, they will represent FFA members statewide, promote agricultural education and support student leadership development.
Johnson and Gonzalez were selected from a highly competitive field of candidates. The Alabama FFA Association’s state officer team plays a key role in advocating for agricultural education and representing thousands of students across the state.
