A Montgomery man with two young children in his vehicle was stopped on Interstate 65 March 25 for minor traffic violations and found to be in possession of controlled substances and marijuana, according to Priceville police.
Frederick Leon McCoy Jr., 25, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana, illegal possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and chemical endangerment of children. The children were released to another parent after the Department of Human Resources was notified of the arrest, police said.
