Danville High School celebrates National School Counseling week

The staff at Danville High School is proudly recognizing their school counselor, Amanda Weatherby, during National School Counseling Week. They want to express their sincere appreciation for Amanda’s outstanding work at Danville. The school is deeply grateful for her unwavering dedication, support, and guidance, which she provides to students each day.

Congratulations to Landon Jones for securing second place in the 1A-3A Men’s Pole Vault.

A round of applause also goes to Brodie Bennett for his 2nd place finish in the 1A-3A Men’s 60 Meter Hurdles this week!

Falkville Elementary School yearbooks are now available for purchase until March 1.

A special thank you to the Town of Falkville for their amazing teamwork in spreading mulch on the playground. Despite the cold weather, they worked diligently, with Mayor Ken Winkles even joining in to help. Their efforts make a big difference for the children in the community. The next project on their agenda is installing new swings for the kids.
