Donny Short

Hartselle Donny Short passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born August 31, 1978, in Chicago, Illinois, to Shafter Short and Linda Baker. He was self-employed as a general laborer, loved music, played the piano and guitar and loved to rap. He was an artist and loved to draw. Survivors include his father, Shafter Short (Colleen); his mother, Linda Baker (Randall Terry); his son, Austin Smallwood; daughters Kyla Champion and Deja Kai Short; brother, Gary Short; sisters, Tina Smith and Kimberly Short.
