Eva A funeral service for Helen Bailey, 84 of Eva was held Friday, January 3, 2025, at 1:00PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. James Watts officiating. Burial was in Blue Springs Cemetery. Mrs. Baily was born June 23, 1940, in Morgan County, AL to Zack Barnett and Gracie Key Barnett. She passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at her residence. Helen loved the Lord and eating at Huddle House. She loved her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Helen was a very independent woman, even at the age of 84, and she loved gospel music. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glenn Bailey; her daughter, Gail Barnett; seven brothers and four sisters. Survivors include three sons, Dickie Bailey (Sherry), Noel Bailey (Brandy) and Joel Bailey (Teresa); a daughter, Kathy Draper (Ricky); and several grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Pallbearers were Lucas Barnett, Stephen Reeves, Anthony Maples, Dalton Hamm, Seth Short, Timothy Barnett and Rocky Short.
