Anthony “Tony” Fetner

Falkville Anthony “Tony” Fetner, 55, of Falkville, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024, at UAB’s Palliative Care Unit. He was born Aug. 21, 1969, in Madison County to Jerry Fetner and Linda Darlene Parker.

A sergeant with the Hartselle Police Department, Fetner also served as a Morgan County Drug Task Agent and worked in Brent, Alabama. He considered law enforcement his calling. In his free time, he enjoyed duck and deer hunting, fishing, and was a passionate Auburn fan. Above all, he loved his son, Matthew.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Brandy Fetner.

Survivors include his son, Matthew Kyle Fetner; father, Jerry Fetner; mother, Linda Darlene Parker; brothers, Scott Fetner and Jerry Fetner II; nephew, Riley Murray; and other extended family members and friends.

No services are scheduled at this time.
