Police seek witnesses in I-65 road rage incident

The Hartselle Police Department is asking for the public’s help in investigating a road rage incident that occurred last week on I-65 North.

According to police, the incident took place between 6:20 and 6:35 p.m. on Nov. 19 in the stretch of I-65 between mile markers 318 and 325. The suspect, driving a dark-colored sedan, was last seen heading north toward the Priceville and Decatur area.

The incident resulted in one individual being shot in the hand.

Authorities are urging anyone who may have been in the area at the time and witnessed the incident to come forward with information.
